*1,100 yen (tax included) is charged for Hokkaido, Okinawa and some remote islands.

- If the total product price is 10,000 yen or more (tax included), shipping is free.

- Shipping costs incurred when the product is returned due to the absence of the recipient will be charged separately.

As a general rule, it will take 5 days after order confirmation (automatically send an email to confirm orders).
*If the item is out of stock, we will take 5 days to send you an email notification after stock is secured.

- We take great care in product management and delivery, but if there is any defective product upon arrival, please contact us within one week of the product's arrival.

-If you choose cash on delivery, we ask that you pay the payment to the Sagawa Express delivery person when the product is delivered.

In the event of an initial defect or an incorrect shipping product, we will handle it on delivery.
If the exchange is due to customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for round-trip.
When consulting about a defective product, if the product is in good condition, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee when returning the product.
