Article 1 (General Provisions)
Based on these TermsEGOZARUWe provide members “point” service (hereinafter referred to as “this service”). This service is provided based on these Terms, and when a member uses this Service, it is deemed that the member agrees to these Terms. For matters not stipulated in these Terms, the terms of use of this site, the terms and conditions of this site, procedures, etc. will apply.
Article 2 (Granting of points)
When a member purchases a product on this site or at a directly managed store by the method specified by the company, or in other cases deemed appropriate by the company, the company willEGOZARUPoints” (hereinafter referred to as “Points”) will be awarded.
The Company will determine the award of points, number of points, award rate, timing of award, and other conditions of award. We also reserve the right to determine all terms and conditions regarding points. Members shall comply with the Company's decisions.
When a member logs in to this site and purchases a product, the specified points will be automatically added at midnight the day after the day the product is shipped by our company (shipment date). If you purchase at a directly managed store, it will be reflected at midnight of the day after the purchase. The amount eligible for points is the product price (tax included) after points are used. Shipping and handling charges are not included.
If the Company confirms that the order has been canceled or changed between the order date and the product shipping date (shipment date), points will not be awarded.If there is a change in the product price within that period, the amount of points awarded will be recalculated according to the changed product price.
The Company will notify members on this site of the transactions and services for which points will be awarded, the point award rate, and other conditions for awarding points.
Article 3 (Management of points)
The Company will notify the Member of the number of points earned by the Member, the number of Points used by the Member, and the balance of points by the method prescribed by the Company.
The Company will determine the award of points, number of points, award rate, timing of award, and other conditions of award. We also reserve the right to determine all terms and conditions regarding points. Members shall comply with the Company's decisions.
If a member has any doubts about the number of points set forth in the preceding paragraph, the member shall immediately contact the Company via e-mail and explain the details. The final decision regarding the number of points in Paragraph 1 shall be made by the Company, and the Member shall abide by the same.
Article 4 (Prohibition of combining points and multiple registrations)
Members may not transfer or lend their points to other members, or share points with other members. If a member has registered for multiple memberships, the points held by the member for each membership registration cannot be combined.
Article 5 (Cancellation of points)
After the Company has granted points, if there is a return of a purchased product, cancellation, or any other reason that the Company deems appropriate to cancel the grant of points, the Company may cancel the granted points.
If the Company determines that a Member falls under any of the following items, the Company may cancel some or all of the points held by the Member without prior notice to the Member.
In the event of illegal or fraudulent activity
In the event that there is a violation of these Terms of Use, the Terms of Use, or any other terms and rules established by the Company, or if the Company deems it appropriate to cancel the points granted to the member, the Company will not provide any compensation or assume any responsibility for the canceled points.
Article 6 (Expiry date of points)
Points are valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
If points are not used for 365 days, all points held by the member will automatically expire. Expired points cannot be used after they expire.
The Company will not provide any compensation or assume any responsibility for expired points.
Points may expire while your order is pending or while your order is being prepared. In that case, we will not be held responsible in any way, so please use the points as much as possible within the expiry date.
Article 7 (Use of points for payment)
Points can only be used by members who hold one or more points.
Members can use the points they hold on this site to pay for a portion of the total price (tax included) of products sold on this site, with 1 point = 1 yen equivalent.
The minimum point (minimum unit) that a member can use for a single order is 1 point, and the maximum is 100% of the payment amount. Points cannot be used in excess of the product amount.
A minimum of 100 points can be used at directly managed stores.
Points can be used to purchase products at the official online store, official app store, and our directly managed stores, as well as for other services provided by our company.
We reserve the right to set limits on usage, such as minimum and maximum points that can be used for a single order, and maximum points that can be used in a month. Additionally, this limit may be changed or added to without prior notice, but in any case, the member shall abide by the Company's decision.
If a member cancels a payment pursuant to paragraph 1, the points used for the payment will, in principle, be returned in points and not in cash.
If you purchase multiple items and return or cancel only a few of them (partial return/cancellation), the points used at the time of purchase will not be returned (partial returns or cancellations will not be accepted if payment was made with a credit card).
If the payment amount is increased for some reason after the member uses points to pay the payment amount, the member shall pay the increased amount using another payment method.
Article 8 (Liability Limitation)
In the event that an accident such as delay, loss, theft, damage, breakage, etc. occurs during delivery or after provision of the products subject to payment in Article 7, the Company will not be held responsible and will not refund points, unless the accident is attributable to the Company.
Article 9 (Cancellation of points after point use)
If the points are canceled pursuant to Article 5, Paragraph 1 or 2 after the Member has used the Points for payment pursuant to Article 7, the shortfall due to the point cancellation shall be immediately paid to the Company in cash or by the payment method specified by the Company.
Article 10 (No exchange for cash)
Members may not redeem points for cash under any circumstances.
Article 11 (Use by third parties)
Points must be used by the member himself/herself and cannot be used by a third party other than the member.
If the Company confirms by the prescribed method that the user ID and password entered when using points match the registered one, the Company will consider the use to be by a member. Even in the event of unauthorized use by a third party, the Company will not return the points used and will not be held responsible for any damage caused to the member.
Article 12 (Taxes and Fees)
In the event that taxes or incidental costs are incurred due to the acquisition or use of points, members shall be responsible for these.
Article 13 (Loss/Suspension of Membership)
If a member loses their membership status, they will lose their points and any other rights related to the use of this service, and they will not acquire any claims against the Company due to the loss of their status.
Article 14 (Disclaimer)
Although we will do our best to operate this service based on the state of the art at the time, we do not guarantee that failures will not occur, whether express or implied. The Company shall not be responsible for any system interruptions, delays, cancellations, data loss, failures or damages related to the use of points, or any other damages caused to members related to this service due to power outages, communication line or computer failures, etc.
Supplementary provisions
These Terms will come into effect from December 1, 2023
