After purchase

We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the customer's convenience (the size does not fit, the item is different from the customer's imagination, etc.). We also cannot accept returns or exchanges for products whose paper tags have come off, products that have been received for more than 7 days, products that have been washed even once, or products that have been used even once.

As we ship products for each order, we are unable to combine shipping on different orders.

Orders that have been accepted may be in the process of being prepared for shipment.
Please note that we are unable to accept additional products to an order after it has been completed.

Our store does not issue receipts.

The invoice-compatible registration number and product price are listed on the delivery note that is included when the product is delivered.
