Article 2 (Point grant)
When a member purchases a product in the method specified by the Company at this site or directly managed store, or otherwise we recognize it is equivalent, we have given "EGOZARU Point" (hereinafter referred to as "Points"). Masu.

If a member logs in to this site and purchases a product, the predetermined points will be automatically added at 0:00 am on the next day from our product shipping date (shipment date). If you purchase at a directly managed store, it will be reflected at midnight the next day from the purchase. The target amount of points is for the product amount (tax included) after point use. Shipping costs and fees are not eligible.
If we confirm that the order has been canceled or changed between the order date and the product shipment date (shipment date), points will not be given, and if there is a change in the product price within that period, The point grant will be recalculated according to the product price after the changed product price.
The Company will announce the members on this site about the transactions, services, points given, and other points to be granted.
Article 3 (Point management)
The Company will inform members of the number of points earned by the members, the number of points and points used by the members, according to the specified method of the Company.

Article 4 (Prohibition of points and multiple registration)
Members cannot transfer, rent, and share points between members. If one member has registered multiple members, the members cannot add the points held in each member registration.
Article 5 (Cancellation of points)
If we have given points, we can cancel the given points if there is a reason to return the purchased product, cancel, or to cancel the points.

Article 6 (Point expiration date)
Points are 365 days from the date of issuance.
If you do not use points for 365 days, all the points held by members will be automatically expired. The exposed point cannot be used after expiration.
We are not liable for any compensation for the expired points.
Points may expire during orders and products preparation. In that case, we will not be responsible for any responsibility, so please use the points within the expiration date as much as possible.
Article 7 (Use of points in payment)
Points are used only for members who hold 1 point or more.
Members can use the points to be owned as one point = 1 yen on this site for some payments (tax included) of the product price of the product sold by this site.
The lower limit (minimum unit) of the usage point (minimum unit) of the user can be used by members in one order, and the upper limit is up to 100 % of the payment amount. Points exceeding the product amount cannot be used.

Article 8 (Liability limit)

Article 9 (Cancellation of points after point use)

Article 10 (cash is not allowed)
Members cannot cash their points in any case.
Article 11 (use by third party)
Points will be used by the member himself, and it cannot be done by a third party other than the member.
The Company shall be deemed to be used by members if the Company confirms that the user ID and password that have been entered when using the points are registered by the registered method. Even if it was fraudulent by a third party, the Company will not return the points used and will not be responsible for any damages caused by members.
Article 12 (tax and cost)
With the acquisition of points and the use of points, if taxes and incidental costs are incurred, the member shall bear these.
Article 13 (Loss / suspension of member qualifications)
If the member loses the status of a member, it shall lose all the rights to hold, any other rights for the use of this service, and will not obtain any claim to the Company with the loss of status. Masu.
Article 14 (Disclaimer)
We do our best on the operation of the Service on the premise of the technology at that time, but does not guarantee that it will not occur, whether it is explicit or implied. The Company shall not be liable for any power outage, interruption of systems such as communication lines and computers, delay, cancellation, data loss of data, disability or damages related to points, and other damage caused by members regarding the use of this service.
