The cushioning properties of the midsole are also improved compared to the 1st model EGO AWAKE, and the appeal is the resilience that allows you to fly higher and the sense of security when landing. Furthermore, by using our proprietary material on the surface layer, we have created an ideal upper that combines durability, breathability, lightness, and flexibility. In addition, the fit has been improved, so you can feel the lightness when you wear it. We have added 4 sizes from 23.5cm to 25.0cm, which have been requested a lot, for a total of 16 sizes.


-Upper unit- Light and durable proprietary upper layer surface material
Adopts ultra-lightweight yet high-strength mesh material developed for EGO AWAKE 2. Consisting of deliberately irregular polygonal lines, the shape is reminiscent of an infinitely expanding network, and is an important element in making the shoe lightweight, durable, and breathable. Furthermore, a core material that combines breathability and strength is crimped on the inside. Synthetic leather on the toe area and the back of the collar. A pressure-bonded film is applied to the shoe hole and collar area, creating an upper that is durable, breathable, lightweight, and flexible. To achieve the ideal bootie structure, the tongue instep uses perforated foam that is breathable and durable. Even when the laces are tightened, they feel comfortable on the feet, giving you a great fit and lightness. Furthermore, the pores in the foam have succeeded in greatly reducing internal stuffiness.


-Sole unit- Sole structure that combines grip power that produces sharp movements and outstanding ground feel.
The distance between the sole of the foot and the ground is set slightly closer to the forefoot to maximize the feeling of gripping the court. The outsole uses a radial herringbone pattern as the main axis, and a circle pattern that spreads 360° from the ball of the foot to achieve high grip. Produces crisp and sharp movements such as stop and dash and pivot movements. The entire midsole is made of EVA (synthetic resin), and the forefoot and heel areas are made of proprietary high-resilience foam "EGO DOOON," which has a different hardness from EVA.The forefoot has a structure that provides moderate repulsion to utilize the feel of the ground, and the heel provides cushioning. Furthermore, the middle layer has a built-in shank plate that suppresses twisting. The heel counter inherits the design elements of the 1st model EGO AWAKE, but the material has been changed to TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane). Excellent rigidity provides strong support for the athlete's feet and thoroughly suppresses heel shake.
