 EGOZARUApps to check eligible shoes on the official online store and appIf you try on your items at home and the size doesn't fit, you can return the item once within 3 days of the product's arrival, if you have tried it on or off the item.EGOZARUWe will be holding a "Shoe Trial Campaign."

*Orders using cash on delivery payment and orders shipped outside of Japan are not eligible.

■Campaign overview
Event period: 00:00 on Sunday, December 1, 2024 - 23:59 on Sunday, February 2, 2025
Target order: Orders to purchase "Target Products" during the event period
Target products: EGO AWAKE, EGO AWAKE 1.5, EGO BLAZE (all colors/all sizes)


■How to return (return) products eligible for trial campaign
Step 1: Check the size by trying on indoors
Try on the items you receive indoors.
(Products with product tags removed or signs of actual use cannot be returned.)

Step 2: Packing as original
If the size does not fit, please return the item to the shoe box and put the shoe box in the "delivery cardboard box" and pack it.
(Please include cushioning material and paper tags as is.)

Step 3: Shipped via a special shipping label
Please ship the product using the Yamato Transport special shipping label that is shipped together with the main paper within three days of receipt.
*Please be sure to use the included "special invoice". Shipping via a different invoice is not eligible for the campaign.
*Please be sure to enter your order number "#◯◯◯◯" in the product name column on the special invoice.

Step 4: Refund
Once the returned product arrives at our company, we will check the product and refund the product price if the conditions are met.
It will take at least 5 business days from the time of arrival to confirm the product. We will begin the refund procedure after confirmation is completed.


■Regarding product returns during the New Year holidays
We are unable to receive returned items as we are currently closed for winter from December 27th to January 6th.
If you return the item after December 24th, please be sure to ship it after January 7th with the delivery date specified.
*If the product is shipped on December 24th, the product will be confirmed from January 14th, five business days after January 7th.
*For returns during winter holidays, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees for return due to the shipping company's storage period exceeding. please note.


■Campaign notes
-If you have used points that were incurred when purchasing shoes, we will not accept returns or refunds. please note.
・After returning the product, the refund from usIt occurred when purchasing shoesIf points are used, we will refund the product by paying the shipping fee (customer's expense). We will also charge you the shipping fee incurred when returning the item to us.
-After the returned product arrives at our company, we will check whether there are any problems with the product, and we will only refund the product price if there is no problem. We will contact you by email after the refund is processed.
- Returns are only accepted in "unused condition" except when worn indoors. If the product tag is damaged, removed, or any signs of use are confirmed, we will refund the product with a cash-on-delivery fee (customer's expense).
-The campaign is eligible for "qualified shoes only." If other products (such as T-shirts) ordered at the same time are returned, the items not eligible will be shipped again at the customer's expense (shipping fee payment).
*Products eligible for the trial campaign: EGO AWAKE / EGO AWAKE 1.5 / EGO BLAZE (There are no restrictions on color and size.)
*Sandals are not eligible for the trial campaign.
-If you wish to return the product, please return it within 3 days of receiving the product. We do not accept returns after the period has passed.
-The campaign applies to orders between Sunday, December 1, 2024 and Sunday, February 2, 2024.
- Items cannot be picked up between Friday, December 27th, 2024 and Monday, January 6th, 2025. Please specify the following business day from Tuesday, January 7th, 2025.
*The customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fees that will be incurred if the product is returned during the unreceived period and the product is returned to the customer.
- When returning the product, be sure to use the "special invoice" that is included with the product. If you return it with a different invoice, you will not be able to refund it. Please be sure to enter your "order number" on the invoice.
-This campaign covers "online payment only" excluding cash on delivery. Orders with cash on delivery payment are not eligible for trial.
- Size exchanges are not accepted during this campaign. After returning the product, please order the appropriate size separately.
-This campaign only applies to orders with the shipping address at the time of ordering within Japan. This does not apply if the destination is outside of Japan.
