■Campaign overview
Event period: August 21, 2025 (Thursday) 00:00 - September 10, 2025 (Wednesday) 23:59
Eligible orders: Orders for purchasing “eligible products” during the event period.
Target products: EGO AWAKE 1.5, EGO BLAZE, EGO AWAKE 2 (all colors/all sizes)
■How to return (return) products eligible for trial campaign
Step 1: Check the size by trying it on indoors
Try on the delivered product indoors.
(Products with tags removed or with signs of actual use cannot be returned.)
Step ②: Pack as original
If the size does not fit, please return the product to the shoe box and pack it in the "delivery cardboard" with the campaign paper included with the shoe box.
(Please also enclose the cushioning material and paper tag.)
Step 3: Ship with special invoice
Please ship within 3 days of receiving the product using the Yamato Transport special invoice that is included with the main paper.
*Please be sure to use the included "dedicated invoice". Shipments using separate invoices are not eligible for the campaign.
*Please be sure to write your order number "EZ◯◯◯◯◯" in the product name column on the special invoice.
Step 4: Refund
When we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and if the conditions are met, we will refund the product price.
Please allow at least 5 business days from the date of delivery to confirm the product. Once the confirmation is complete, we will begin the refund process.
■Notes regarding campaigns
-After the returned product arrives at our company, we will check to see if there is any problem with the product, and only if there is no problem, we will refund the product price. We will contact you via email after the refund has been processed.
・We only accept returns in "unused condition", excluding cases where the product has been tried on indoors. In the unlikely event that the product tag is damaged, removed, or shows signs of use, the product will be returned to you at the cost of shipping (at the customer's expense).
・The campaign is for "eligible shoes only". If other products ordered at the same time (such as T-shirts) are returned, the non-eligible products will be re-shipped at the customer's expense (shipping fee paid on delivery).
*Products eligible for trial campaign: EGO AWAKE 1.5 / EGO BLAZE / EGO AWAKE 2 (There are no restrictions on color or size.)
*Sandals are not eligible for the trial campaign.
・If you wish to return the product, please return it within 3 days of receiving the product. We do not accept returns after the period has expired.
・The campaign is applicable to orders placed between August 21, 2025 (Thursday) and September 10, 2025 (Wednesday).
・When returning the product, please be sure to use the "dedicated shipping label" that is included with the product. If you return the item with a different invoice, we will not be able to provide a refund. Please be sure to write the "order number" on the invoice.
・Please be sure to include the campaign form when returning the item. If the package is not included, we will not accept the package.
・This campaign is only applicable to online payments, excluding cash on delivery. Orders for cash on delivery payments are not eligible for the trial.
- Size exchanges are not available for this campaign. After returning the product, please order the appropriate size separately.
・This campaign applies only to orders whose shipping address is within Japan. This does not apply if the destination is outside of Japan.
