■ Campaign overview
Hall period: Friday, August 9, 2024 00:00 to August 31 (Sat) 23:59
Target order: Order of "Target Products" during the event period
Target products: EGO AWAKE, EGO AWAKE 1.5, EGO BLAZE (All colors/full size)
■ Return (return) method of trial campaign target products
Step ①: Check the size by fitting indoors
Try on the product that arrived indoors.
(Products with actual use traces cannot be returned.)
Step ②: Packing as the original
If the size is not matched, return the product to the shoe box, put the shoe box in the "cardboard at the time of delivery" and pack it.
(Please enclose the cushioning material and paper tag as it is.)
Step ③: Shipped on a dedicated invoice
Please use the exclusive invoice of "Yamato Transport" which is included with this paper within 3 days after the product arrives.
* Be sure to use the bundled "exclusive invoice". Delivery by another invoice is not eligible for the campaign.
* Be sure to fill in the order number "#◯◯◯◯◯" in the product name field in the dedicated invoice.
Step ④: Refund
Once the returned product arrives at us, we will refund the product price if the product is confirmed and the conditions are met.

・ After the returned product arrives at us, we will check if there is no problem with the product, and we will refund the product price only if there is no problem. We will contact you by e -mail after refund processing.
・ We accept returns only in the "unused state" excluding indoor trials. In the unlikely event that the product is confirmed by the product, the product will be returned by cash on delivery (customer burden).-The eligibility for the campaign is "only for the target shoes". If there is a return of other products (T -shirts, etc.) that is ordered at the same time, the non -targeted products will be shipped again at "Shipping Customer burden (shipping cash on delivery)".
* Products eligible for trial campaigns: EGO AWAKE, EGO AWAKE 1.5, EGO BLAZE (there is no limit on color size)
* Sandals are not eligible for trial campaigns.
・ If you wish to return the product, please return it within 3 days after the product arrives. Returns after the period are not accepted.
・ The campaign will be for orders from 00:00 on August 9, 2024 (Fri) to August 31 (Sat) 23:59.
・ Please use the "exclusive invoice" that is always included with the product when returning. If you return it with another invoice, you will not be able to refund.
・ This campaign is intended for “online payment only” excluding cash on delivery. Orders for cash on delivery payment are not eligible for trial.
・ Size exchange cannot be accepted in this campaign. After returning, please order a separate size separately.
・ In this campaign, the send address at the time of order is applied only to orders in Japan. If the destination is outside Japan, it will not be eligible.
